After completing my engineering, I got a job in a private motor trading company. I have seen their ads in internet and accordingly I have done all the action required as per their ads. I have submitted my bio-data cum resume to the company online and after one week, I have a call to attend the interview for the post of junior diesel engineer cum test driver.

I’ve attend the interview confidently and anxiously waiting for the results. After couple of days I have received the appointment letter through e-mail from the general manager of the motor trading company. There are four candidates , including me who has been selected for the post and ask to attend an advanced diesel engineering and initial car driving training, sponsored by the company free of cost. There are eight members in my group and all are from different states of our country. We have seriously concentrated upon the training and believe me I have learned lot’s of exceptional technical things which are totally unknown to me previously. After completing this training, I’ve directly appointed as the senior Diesel engineer at the head office of our company.

Today I have successfully done the insurance for motor trade which is compulsory to all the employee of our company. This is a compulsory and legal step and I think all the guys who are related with motor trade business, must have an insurance for motor trade. Even if anyone is related with motor trade as a part-time, or buying a car must have an insurance for motor trade because insurance for motor trade can protect you and of course your business from financial loss which might be happens in the near future. However, since there are lots of jobs or business related to motor trade there must be different insurance policies available for a specific business. There are lots of insurance company in India which provides various types of insurance for motor trade policies which suits you according to your trade and type of your motor trade business.

My daily jobs here is to check and take the test drive after servicing the vehicle by our servicing department and accordingly I have to make a report of it for customer satisfaction. Company has provided quarters for both bachelors as well as family members just behind our head office so that each and every employee feels comfort and find a place to relax easily.

This is a ideal and absolutely good conditions for working on and I really likes to work here.
